Disclaimer
This page says what this website is, and what it is not. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and it is written to be read on its own.
1. We do not promise a result
Nothing on this site is a promise about what your business will earn, save, win or improve. No number of jobs, no amount of revenue, no percentage of anything. We do not publish figures of that kind and you will not find one here.
What any business gets out of a service like ours depends on that business, on how it works, on who its customers are, and on what it does with what it gets back. Those are not things a website can know about you.
2. The pages describe what the service does, not a service level
Some pages describe what happens when the engine handles a call or a message. That is a description of how the service works. It is not a service level commitment and it is not a guarantee.
Any commitment about speed, hours, availability or response times exists only where it is written into a signed agreement with you, in the schedule that sets out your own arrangement. If it is not written there, it has not been promised, however plainly this website describes it.
3. Nothing here is an offer, and no figure here is a quotation
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell anything, and nothing on it forms a contract. The pages are written to help you decide whether a conversation is worth having.
Any figure given for your own business is given to you directly, in writing, and only that is a quotation. Nothing you read on a page is one.
If you take the service, a separate written agreement governs it, and where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.
4. We do not give professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, regulatory or other professional advice, and nothing on it should be acted on as though it were. Your own adviser is the person to ask about your own situation.
5. The site itself
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, and we do not promise either.
Pages may be out of date. A link may break. The site may be unavailable while it is being worked on, or for reasons outside our control. Where a page and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement is the one to rely on.
6. Sites we link to
Where we link somewhere else, to a booking diary or to a messaging app, we are not responsible for what is on the other end.
A link is not a recommendation of everything that provider does. Their terms and their privacy notice govern what happens once you are there.
7. The chat box
The chat box is software, not a person, and its first message says so.
It answers general questions. It cannot agree anything, it cannot price anything, and it cannot commit us to anything. Nothing it says is a quotation, an offer, a promise, or advice.
8. If you are already a client
This page is about the website. It does not change your agreement with us.
What we owe you, what we are liable for, and what happens if something goes wrong are set out in the agreement you signed and in its schedules. Those terms govern, not this page.
9. The law that governs this page
This page forms part of our Terms of Service, and the law and the courts named in section 9 of those terms apply to it in the same way.
If you are an individual using this site as a consumer rather than for a business, the law of the country you live in may give you protections that a clause of that kind cannot take away, and nothing here tries to.
10. Questions
